In February, 2014 I received a life threatening diagnosis. I knew that I needed to get some serious help not only through the medical field but through the spiritual/meditation field as well. Within days of that decision my path crossed with Yesenia through a meditation class that she was teaching in St. Helena. I attended her class and felt an immediate connection not only to her but to her teachings and guidance through meditation. Later I learned that she also provides private healing sessions. I attended a couple of these throughout the months and right before my first scan. Her healings provided insight for my condition and life, and most importantly guided me in a direction that kept me optimistic throughout the healing process. I am now on the road to recovery and I attribute Yesenia's healings as a major tool in making that happen
