Every time someone experiences great emotional pain, wounds are created in the heart and with time these wounds scar over. These scars of the heart remain in place until they can be healed. To be able to open your heart and feel your connection with the Creator in your heart, it is important to heal these scars. Meditation to Share the Love in Your Heart

In this meditation we will focus our awareness on our hearts. After connecting with the sacred space that exists in all of our hearts we will set our intentions to share the vibration of love with ourselves, our loved ones and the earth.
