Crystal
started attending ceremonies with her mother around the age of five years old
and started giving aura readings by the age of eight. She also went to house blessings with her
mother as a child to help clear spirits who were in need of crossing over.
Crystal
became a Reiki Level I in 1992 and a Reiki Master in 1996. She is an instrument for the divine or higher
consciousness and teaches others to be a “hollow bone”. The last ten years she has owned a holistic
massage business, teaching classes and leading drumming circles and managed a
spiritual retreat center in Wichita, KS.
Crystal works
with many tools in a sacred space when doing the long-distance work and
attunements. She utilizes rattles, sage,
cedar, drums, healing songs, and calls in the spirits, higher consciousness,
guides and ancestors and always asks for the highest good for the client and
all of humanity. There is not a time
expected in results although some people feel results immediately or over the
next seven days, sometimes the person has not completed their current experience
or lesson.
She says that
something very important in healing is to make sure that your lesson with pain
and suffering before healing is clear to you, or to start out with an intuitive
health reading before you accept a healing. Getting to the root of the problem, so that it does not reoccur is very
important. She believes that you must
heal the mind in order to heal the body and daily practice of breath-work,
meditation and self care (food, water, exercise, etc.) are very important.
Crystal has
certifications as a Holistic Life Coach, Stress Management, Trance Dance Facilitator,
Reiki Master, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Herbology and
also has an Associate’s Degree graduating in honors at Wichita State University,
a Small Business Owner Diploma and she is also Nationally Certified in
Construction. She has awards and honors
with devoting her time to Homeless Veterans, the NAACP, Arthritis Foundation, Pine
Ridge reservation and other community organizations in North America.
