Current Favorite "Dying to be me" by Anita Moorjani
A client of mine bought me this book as a gift. It is phenomenal. Anita's story of her battle with cancer and miraculous recovery is inspiring in and of itself. However in addition to that, the message she came back with of recognizing our own individual magnificence is one of the best examples I have read ever. She's beautifully articulate and has explained exactly what it means to love ourselves, that you need to nothing to deserve love, you are love - and that the most important thing we can do for not just ourselves but for all of creation is JUST BE.
Books by Paramita Founder Alba Ambert. Her Books have had a profound influence on my healing work and have served as a reference for a light filled life.
Paramahansa Yogananda's books I've learned a lot from. He is credited with bringing the Science of Yoga to the west. His autobiography is one of my favorite spiritual reads. Very simple and straight forward.
